1. Introduction

WSP games is a single-player word puzzle game set across a chain of tropical islands. This policy describes what the game stores about you and where that information lives.

2. Information collected locally

The game stores only the data needed to remember your progress between sessions. Everything below is kept on your device and never sent anywhere:

Your captain name, which you choose in the Profile screen.
Coin and crystal totals, inventory of shop items, and which islands you have unlocked.
Best score, stars, and pangram status per island.
Daily reward streak and the timestamp of your most recent claim.
Your audio mute, haptics, reduced-flash, and notification preferences.
Whether you have completed the onboarding slides.

No name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, location, advertising identifier, or device identifier is collected. The game does not ask you to create an account and has no login screen.

3. How information is used

Stored values are used for one purpose only: to render the game's progression state in your own session. There is no advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking pixel, and no cross-app or cross-device profile.

4. Information sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade any data. Your progress, your captain name, and your preferences are not transmitted to any external party. The only third-party touchpoint is your platform's own download record, which is between you and your app store provider and is outside the scope of this policy.

5. Data retention and deletion

All saved data lives in the device's own application storage. Uninstalling the game permanently removes everything. There is no profile to delete because nothing is uploaded.

6. Your rights

Because data is local-only, you exercise every right directly on your device:

Access - your data is visible to you through the game's screens.
Deletion - uninstall the game, or use your device's "clear data" affordance.
Portability - data is tied to the device and not exported anywhere.

7. Children's privacy

WSP games is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and because the game does not collect any personal data from anyone, this section applies in spirit only.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the game after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
